Three teenage friends discover a buried body and, more importantly, the man who buried that body. They conspire to blackmail the killer into murdering the brutal bully who has victimized them all their lives. What could go wrong?

Transfer student Monami has a secret and a past that has caught up with Mizushima. Deceiving Mizushima into eating a token gift of chocolate, laced with her blood, he is then catapulted into Monami's vampire world of blood, death and love. Jilted girlfriend Keiko has other ideas. After discovering that the Chinese have found a way to extinguish coal mine fires, a broker for a coal company sets out to a remote region of Pennsylvania to offer a deal to a mysterious landowner named Schuttmann. Sam (Donahue) is a pretty college sophomore, so desperate to earn some cash for a deposit on an apartment that she accepts a babysitting job even after she finds out there is no baby.
