Synopsis
Shrouded with mystery and years of speculation, the foreboding Von Diebitsch Manor is notoriously renowned. Decades of abandonment have built a reputation of evil and myth, but its true origins remain obscured behind the 15-foot bluestone walls that enclose the entire property.
Tonight, five filmmakers set out to make a film within the grounds, but unwittingly stumble across the estates heinous truth and find themselves caught in a relentless struggle to survive against a brutal antagonist.

Kelly Dolen is an award-winning director, producer, and writer. Kelly is well known for Reign in Darkness (2002), The Gates of Hell (2008) and John Doe Vigilante (2014). Now based in Geelong, Victoria, Kelly has worked on many projects throughout his career across various mediums that include, music videos, short films, documentaries, and feature films. ‘John Doe Vigilante’ opened to high critical acclaim in the US in early 2014 and many stirring reviews in its wake. Previous feature, ‘The Gates of Hell’, won international critical acclaim, premiering at the prestigious Screamfest Horror Film Festival in Graumans Chinese Theater, and furthermore opened several other horror film festivals around the world. His first independent feature film also made over 10 million dollars, selling over 30 territories globally. Mentors such as Fred Schepisi, Nadia Tass, David Parker, and Michael Rymer have all helped shape Kelly’s impressive career. Read less
