Director Biography - Des Matelske Des Matelske is an independent director and producer from Cleveland, Ohio known for The Old Ballgame (2025), Hope En Route (2021), and Sincerely, Me (2016). With a background shaped by the trucking industry and lifelong experience in automotive bodywork, Matelske brings logistical expertise and insight to every production. Her work spans both independent films and major studio projects, where she works as a production coordinator and supervisor, in addition to directing and producing her own films.
