Nick Psinakis and Kevin Ignatius are an independent American filmmaking duo. In addition to writing and directing, both Nick and Kevin serve in a variety of key positions including producing, editing, composing and starring in their own films. Their latest film, Valley View Motel, is a neo-noir 70’s crime thriller which had its World Premiere on August 31, 2026 at TUBI Frightfest in the UK on the festival’s Main Screen. The film began with a simple idea: make the movie we wanted to see—one that we felt wasn’t being made anymore, and, above all, one that was fun. Echoing the scrappy ingenuity of the early festival darling filmmakers of the 90s that inspired us, we embraced our guerrilla roots and built the story around what we had.
