Meghan Carrasquillo is an actor, writer, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. BOT OR NOT marks her directorial debut, a sci-fi thriller she also wrote, executive produced, and stars in as Juliet, the film’s central character. With a background in performance and storytelling, Meghan is passionate about creating bold, character-driven narratives that explore human connection through a unique lens. BOT OR NOT is a deeply personal project for her, blending genre with heart to ask timeless questions about identity, authenticity, and the nature of love in a tech-driven world. Jadon Cal (Co-Director) is a film-maker and actor who has produced and directed multiple genres of feature films and shorts which have screened nation-wide in theaters and on various streaming sites. Having acted in a broad landscape of cinematic art around the U.S., his work has been recognized by some of the most prestigious festivals, the latest being Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.
