Synopsis
Four friends gather for a weekend long mother of all marathons, "Freddy Vs Jason Fest." Scott brings a plate of cookies, jam packed with all kinds of chocolate, caramel and peanuts! Unbeknownst to Scott, one of his friend's has a severe nut allergy. And after that friend eats MANY cookies, the rest of the group has a serious problem on their hands.

Zac Eglinton was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated the film program at Full Sail University and after working on a handful of films, he met a fellow filmmaker that would become a best friend and producing partner. They made a feature film together and after moving to the City of Angels, Zac and his now close knit group of friends started the annual movie marathon, "Freddy vs Jason fest!" A festival that would play EVERY SINGLE Nightmare on Elm St. and Friday the 13th film. At the 5th annual Freddy vs Jason fest, Zac brought some homemade cookies that would go on to spawn the idea for his short film "Allergic Overreaction." While a love letter to those many fine films, "Allergic Overreaction" is also based on true events... Kinda, sorta. Read less
