Synopsis
Sam, a young single mother inherits a profitable piece of farmland from a grandfather she never knew. On the grandfather's deathbed, he tells Sam about a ship that crash-landed on the farm, and the deal that he made to not disturb the travelers when they return. Covering up the disappearance of three missing geologists, Sam is prepared to do anything to protect her son as well as the farm's dark secret.

I saw Ripley battle the alien queen in the theatre when I was 9; let’s just say it changed me forever.” Passionate about the genre, Nicholas was influenced early on by the films of Ridley Scott and James Cameron. “At the end of the day, whether it takes place at the bottom of the ocean or on LV-427, great characters and strong stories are all that matters.”
Nicholas Treeshin is a writer director with over 75 episodes of television under his belt, directing for National Geographic, OLN, HGTV, OWN, CityTV & W Network. Constantly creating, pitching & evolving new television concepts, Nicholas was recently hired as the development producer-director for Force Four Entertainment. His love of music has led him to numerous collaborations with hip-hop music producer Religion, directing videos for Moka Only, EDGE & Pittsburgh native Jasiri X. Passionate about the scripted side of things, Nicholas has completed three feature-length screenplays & is excited to have the Los Angeles premiere for his latest short film Leave Us Alone at Screamfest 2013. With a BFA in film production, Nicholas is a graduate from the University of Regina. Read less
