Synopsis
Six months before the invasion of Iraq, the British military caught and imprisoned a supernatural entity at a secret base in the English countryside. This film documents the days that followed, culminating in a battle that transcends their worst nightmares.

After graduating with a degree in media and film-making, Dan began his career in editing, cutting for BBC, Paramount and Nickelodeon among others. During this time Dan made a number of short films including the award winning Foreplay starring Frances Barber. In 2004 Dan shot his first feature film Experiment in the Czech Republic. The film went on to win 17 film festival awards and was distributed around the world. Since then Dan has made an award winning multi-platform drama series Girl Number 9, the Edinburgh Film Festival favorite Stormhouse. and worked with Shoreline Entertainment on an adaptation of best selling novel Spanky. 2012 saw the UK theatrical release of the biographical feature film The Man Inside, starring acclaimed actors Peter Mullan and David Harewood. The film was heralded as "ambitious and intelligent work" by The Guardian. Dan's 2016 feature film Learning to Breathe was launched at the 2016 Raindance festival in London. After taking a short break from filmmaking, Dan returned to shoot the short romantic comedy Girl Tuesday in 2019, and is now filming The Monster in the Bed an ambitious short drama film set in 1965, as well as developing a new feature film set in World War 2.
