Synopsis
Successful businessman Richard Clarke (Jeff Rector) accidentally finds out that his wife is having an affair. His lawyer (James Karen) informs him he'll lose half of his fortune in the divorce. When he sees an infomercial on Vampirism, he decides to comeback "undead" in order to exact his revenge. When Richard is bitten by a beautiful vampire (Tane McClure), his is plunged into the dark world of the supernatural.

Jeff Rector is an award-winning writer, director, producer, working actor, stand-up comedian and best-selling author. Jeff has over 150 Television & Film credits to date and is also the Festival Director for the Tarzana International Film Festival. Through his strong ties and community service to Burbank, the "Media Capitol of the World", Jeff was elected by the Burbank City Council to serve on the Burbank Cultural Arts Commission. Jeff also served on the Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council and supports such charitable organizations as The American Heart Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Burbank Police Officers Organization, The Boys and Girls Club and The Frontline Foundation which feeds the homeless on skid row to name just a few.
Jeff also enjoys playing guitar and singing Karaoke and performing stand-up comedy at venues across the nation including "The Comedy Store", "The Improv", "The Laugh Factory" and "The Ha Ha Cafe" (LA), "Caroline's", "New York Stand-up" (NYC) and "The Joint" at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.
Jeff was born in St. Louis, Missouri, but grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. His family then relocated to Tarzana California where he graduated from Taft High School in the San Fernando Valley. After graduation, Jeff went to Valley College and then transferred to Moorpark College where he earned an Associate of Arts degree. While at Moorpark College, Jeff starred in several theatrical productions and learned how to write, direct, produce and edit as a telecommunications major and was then recruited by the schools Speech Team and became a State and National Speech Champion.
In 2017, (with his award-winning speech background), Jeff thought it would be fun to join Toastmasters International (Speech Organization) and started competing in their International Speech contests. His very first year, Jeff became the District 52 Speech Champion in the "Table Topics" category and in 2021 took second place in the humorous "Tall Tales" category and in 2023 was the "Humorous" Division Champion out of hundreds of speakers.
Jeff is extremely grateful to his loving parents, Joan and Harlan who have always encouraged and supported him with his goals and dreams. Read less
