Welcome Festival Judges,

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your dedication and expertise in evaluating the submitted films for Screamfest. Your time and commitment to our festival are greatly appreciated. We will continue to add screener links to the judges portal as we accept films into the festival.

To streamline the judging process and ensure timely evaluations, we kindly request that you submit your film ballots on a weekly basis, with a final deadline of September 30th. If, for any reason, you are unable to meet this commitment, please inform us as soon as possible.

To submit your film ballots, please follow these simple steps:

Sign the Disclosure Form.

1. Click on the "View Films" menu link located on the right sidebar.
2. Click on the film title to open the video player.
3. If applicable, copy and paste the password and view the film. (Note: some films may display Sorry Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.)  This video can be played, just copy/paste the password and click on the Learn More button.  You can enter the password and it should play.
4. After viewing the film, press the "SUBMIT BALLOT" button and enter your ballot for the film.
5. Repeat the process for each film.
6. Once completed, your submitted ballots will be listed on the sidebar with an edit link.

We kindly remind you to maintain the confidentiality of all filmmakers and judges by refraining from disclosing their identities.

Our Official Jury will evaluate film entries based on several criteria, including Directing, Picture, Cinematography, Editing, Special Effects, Makeup, and Musical Score. Feature films will also be judged on additional criteria such as Special FX Make Up, Actor, and Actress.
