Jo Lewis is a filmmaker who adores spine chillers and comedy horror. Her recent short film Whisper has screened at Grimm Fest (UK) Monster Fest (Australia), Another Hole in the Head San Francesco USA, Legless Corpse Film Festival Alabama USA, Post Mortem (Mexico) and the Midwest Horror Shorts Film Festival OK USA (nominated Best Director). She produced the dark chocolate comedy Viking, which screened at Edmonton Midnight Shorts and Dead by Dawn. She is teaming up with the Dark Queen Kate Shenton in the near future to producer her next feature Bloody Burrito. Whisper is a spine chiller with a foot firmly in the MR James camp. The film was written by Stewart Pringle - a regular writer with Theatre of the Damned in London. The film is a modern reworking of a classic ghost story. Or is it?
