Lieven Vanhove is a Belgian visual director and post-production specialist working across film, television and live visual performance. His work is driven by atmosphere, image-making and a strong interest in intimate, character-driven storytelling. His debut short film Nimmer was selected for multiple international festivals and received several awards between 2016 and 2019. In 2026, he completed EXIT, a visually focused short film combining live-action, motion capture, and visual effects. Alongside his short films, Lieven creates visual work for musicians and concerts, directs theater projects, and produces commissioned films. He recently graduated as a podcast creator, has an enduring fascination with lighthouses, eats the same cheese sandwich every day, and harbors a deep dislike for trolleys and Quechua tents. Read less
