When Chris Marrs Piliero was born he was a baby. He went on to become an award-winning music video director celebrated for his bold and cinematic style. His work with iconic artists like Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Kesha and The Black Keys — whose video earned him an MTV VMA for Breakthrough Video — has showcased his talent for blending striking visuals with sharp satirical storytelling. Somewhere along the way he grew an obsession with horror, a fascination with technology, and a curiosity in perspective and human behavioral traits. As an almost full-grown adult human this has now all culminated in him writing and directing his feature film debut, APPOFENIACS.
