Synopsis
Night Terror is a feminist psychological thriller and a metaphor for the sacrifices made in motherhood. The film tells the story of what happens when a child's night terrors become a mother's living nightmare. Based on the lived experience of our creative team, 'Night Terror' is about a single mother, Beth, who begins to question her reality as she slips deeper into sleep deprivation following her daughter's traumatic sleep disturbances. As she becomes consumed, Beth can no longer tell who is asleep, awake or dreaming.
