In hell, labor is inexpensive, and the multinationals of the living world have found a profitable way to subcontract unpleasant tasks. Séverine, dead for 30 years, works in the customer service department of a large e-commerce company with the hypothetical promise of going to heaven if she works hard. Her only daily pleasure is to follow her son's orders as they are placed and to see him grow up through the purchases he makes. One day, her son dies in his turn but leaves for heaven. The contact is lost. Séverine will do everything she can to skip the steps in a company dehumanized by its hierarchy and get her ticket to heaven.

In parallel to his activity, Adrien goes back to school and obtains a degree in cinema at the Sorbonne University in Paris in 2019. He directs his first short film Free Delivery and Return where he addresses the issue of parenthood in a technological world where there is no longer any commitment.
