In 2019 he made headlines with "The Outsider", a short film adapted from a story by legendary horror author H.P. Lovecraft. The film won numerous accolades and was selected as the opening film for the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival 2019. The film has garnered over 140 000+ views on YouTube as of writing.
Apart from short films, Ludvig has mainly directed documentaries. He made his feature-length directorial debut in 2020 with "Pretending I'm a Superman", a skateboarding documentary featuring appearances from Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen and many more.
