Jonathan Martin is a multi-award winning filmmaker, festival director, and entrepreneur. After graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, he chose to begin a career in film. Soon he directed the film he is probably best known for, "An Evening with My Comatose Mother," which until recently was the most awarded horror short film of all-time with 76 festival and industry awards and over 100 festival selections. Known for colorful, offbeat, energetic, and unique tales, Jonathan's 2016 will see the release of the shorts "Creatures of Whitechapel," "Kiss the Devil in the Dark,", and the music videos "Demons," "My Eternity," and "Gravity." He is also the owner of the production company Bohemian Industries, and in 2014 founded the genre festival FilmQuest. He hopes to shoot his first feature in 2017. Rebecca Martin is a recent graduate of Regent's University London's screenwriting and producing program. During her tenure there, she became known for her dark creativity in stories that many considered borderline taboo or forbidden. Her first film is the dark fantasy production Kiss the Devil in the Dark. She co-wrote, produced, and co-directed the film with her brother, Jonathan. The film stars Doug Jones (Pan's Labyrinth), Dameon Clarke (Borderlands 2), and Amrita Acharia (Game of Thrones) and creates an original mythological world where magic and hell are both very real. Delving into themes of love, loyalty, and betrayal, it is a testament to the kind of films and stories Rebecca looks to make in the future.
