Was born in Kaluga, Russia in 1983. In 1995 he shot his first short about animated toy cars’ crash. In 2006 he graduated from the university to spend the next 10 years in investment banking but left everything for his dream – making movies. After rejection at the film school he decided to start shooting himself. After a few shorts produced he eventually gathered the crew and began shooting his debut “The Crossing” but had to delay due to the bad weather. One year later he returned to reshoot the story.
