Jonathan Chen is a Chinese-American filmmaker from the Bay Area, whose work focuses on a sense of place and grapples with identity, particularly the tension and conflict that arises from straddling the line between two different worlds. He holds an MFA in Film Directing from the University of California, Los Angeles.
