Synopsis
Wanda is wrapping up another day at her service desk at the County Clerk's office. But when Michael, a well-meaning yet stressed-out vampire, shows up needing a copy of his 150-year-old birth certificate, Wanda is challenged to do what she fears most: help. A government employee and the living dead face off in this clash to determine which of them is the greater of two evils.
