Synopsis: Malice precedes caution in the race to cover up a fatal decision made by one doctor that could affect the fate of the world. On the hunt to figure out how to stop a peculiar disease from spreading, Dr. Sarah Lind and her attending physician, Dr. Lowenstein, face the ultimate decision of compromising themselves or the world.
